Subscribe here for some great original videos that I've shot myself at various car events, including supercars, track videos and adventures in my famous 720hp Nissan GT-R, "Stealthzilla" (nee Godzilla 2) which was featured monthly in evo magazine.
I am now greatly enjoying running and modding (of course!) my new BMW M140i Shadow Edition, nicknamed "Blue Shadow" and posting regular videos about its progress.
I have also posted videos about my experiences with @Auto Vivendi Supercar Club
I have recently added a BMW M2 Competition to the fleet and you can keep appraised of its progress here too.

My @Litchfieldimports Stage 2 BMW M2 Competition gets a radical exterior makeover to a colour scheme that means a lot to me. I've always loved Midnight Purple ever since I bought my Nissan R33 Skyline GT-R V-Spec in 1997. It only had 1000 miles on the clock and was completely standard when I took it to Bedford Autodrome to try it out. This is why I always take any new car to Bedford rather than any other circuit. What could go wrong? Well watch and find out! (Spoiler alert, the car is absolutely incredible...) No fancy editing or arty slo-mo skids I'm afraid. My videos are all one-shot candid takes! Many thanks to @SupercarTVbyAutoVivendi for organising such an amazing event and my fearless instructor Pedro who mainly just let me get on with driving whilst clearly enjoying himself.

May I ask what the total cost for the tune was? 15k Stirling?
@@popeyepanther4519 They currently have to ship the ECU out to be unlocked and then remap it when they get it back, but all in less than £3k i think. Enquire directly to Litchfield for exact costs.

Yeah looks hideous. And it's 70 kgs heavier than an R8 what's that all about. BMW is really loosing its way in a market they used to dominate.

The gtr has launch control. Rs6 c6s don’t have launch control and do not like being launched or accelerating from low speeds (if tuned). If it’s a roll race from 40-180, gtr stands no chance. Only won because the launch that’s it

Are you the same chap who used to own a Dark Blue Ferrari 355 Spider and report monthly updates for Evo Magazine? If so, it was one of the main reasons that I purchased it every month. Still have quite a few of those magazines stored away in my loft👍

Hi Sam, thanks for your comment! I did discuss the famed S55 crank hub issue with Iain Litchfield at length. He has tuned hundreds of S55 engines, probably more than anyone in the UK and he says that the Litchfield hub capture plate has prevented slippage on all but literally a couple of engines and both those cases the slippage was so minor it only triggered a check light, no actual engine damage. So whilst he would earn a LOT more money selling full crank hub replacements, he stands by his capture plate as a solution.
